- Support staff: Nursing staff to assist and help prep
- Facility Type: Surgery Center/Clinic
- Practice Setting: Pain Management Clinic
- Vaccines Mandatory: Yes
- Patient Age Group: Adults
- Equipment: State of the art
- Department Details:
- Surgery Days: 3 - 4 days per week
- 7 - 8/week pain management
- 10 podiatry cases every other week
- Neurosurgeon that does 2 - 3 cases a month (spinal fusions, SI joint infusions)
- Pain Clinic Days: 1 - 2 days per week
- 10 - 15 injections/day
- Procedure suite at the office
- Types of Injections:
- Joint Injections with Steroids or Hyaluronans
- Epidural Spinal Injections
- Facet Injections
- Therapeutic Nerve Blocks
- Trigger Point Injections
- MR/CT Arthrogram Injections
- NBCRNA – Preferred
- Active NY
- CSR, DEA, ACLS, BLS – Required
- Years of Experience Required: 1 - 2
- Board Certified – Required
