- Specialty: CRNA
- Start Date: Mid-September to Mid-October
- Contract Length: 6 months (26 weeks)
- Shift: 4 x 10 (No weekends or call; M-T or T-F)
- Schedule: Full-Time, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Coverage: Full-time, 4 x 10/week, with up to 9 patients/day
- Patient Population: All ages (excluding Neonates)
- Department: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart procedures)
- EMR: EPIC preferred
- Skills Required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement
- Setting: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
- Board Certification: NBCRNA
- State License: Required (KY – open to licensing)
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year (No new grads)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
