SMART is actively recruiting for a CRNA to provide locum coverage in Northwestern Ohio beginning immediately. This need is ongoing while recruiting a permanent clinician.

Candidate Qualifications

• OH License preferred for quick credentialing, but will consider candidates needing licensure.
• Case logs required for spinals, epidurals, and blocks

Position Summary:

• Shift times: 7a-3p/Call hours: 3p-7a
• Call: Every 4th weekday and 5th weekend for both OB & OR call
• Cases: Bread & Butter, ENT, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
• SMART covers malpractice insurance, travel and accommodations while on assignment
