Requirements:

• NBCRNA
• ID DEA and CSR
• perm rate cap of $25k
• rate cap of $285 per hour including malpractice
• call rate cap of $1000 beeper fee with $375 callback
• proof of COVID-19 Vaccine
• Earliest start date at time of presentation
• Provider proficient in OB Care regional anesthesia and working independently
