SMART is working with a client in Indiana, seeking a CRNA for locum coverage. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need during permanent recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Active IN License – TEMP PRIVS available

Job Summary:

• Shift times: - 7A-3P
• Call 3p-7:00A
• Chief assigns call – OB Call is INHOUSE
• Coverage Model: Little to NO Supervision
• Cases include ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, TRAUMA, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO
• Case logs required – to include Blocks and epidurals, spinals
• ACLS, BLS required with AHA required
• EMR- CERNER
