Job Description
Hospital is looking for 3 additional CRNAs to start as soon as credentialed for an ongoing assignment.
- Schedule: 5 8 hour days, can accommodate 4 10s some weeks, but it's not standard. 12 hour shifts are also available.
- All CRNAs submitted at this time must be willing to do weekend call work (pager, not in-house). Call details below:
- WEEKEND CALL: 0700 - 0700 Saturday or Sunday. Call 1 on Sunday is off Post Call on Monday, Call 2 is not off Post Call.
- Weeknight call at least once per week.
- Trauma cases - MOSTLY. CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks, NO regional anesthesia.
- # of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12.
- Option to work 4 10 hour days or 5 8 hour days, also can offer 12 hour shifts
- Will need a DEA and CSR
- Credentialing timeframe is roughly 90 days.

Internship/residency/fellowship certs

CMEs for the past 2 years

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- ID license - Highly Preferred
- NBCRNA - Required
- ID DEA and CSR - Required
- Must meet perm rate cap of $25k
- Must meet rate cap of $285 per hour including malpractice- REQUIRED
- Must meet call rate cap of $1000 beeper fee with $375 callback- REQUIRED
- Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required - Verbal confirmation required at time of name clear
