- Review Process: Candidates will be reviewed pending license.
- Schedule and Shift Times:
- Monday to Friday only.
- 8 or 10 hour shifts.
- Shifts start at 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:30 AM.
- CRNAs Work Model:
- Care team model.
- More medically directed.
- No pain blocks or epidurals completed by CRNAs.
- Supervision Ratio:
- On average, 1 MD to 3 CRNAs.
- Can be 1:2 depending on case acuity.
- Case Mix:
- Good mix of everything.
- Minimal pediatrics.
- No burns or transplants.
- Call Schedule:
- No call required.
- EMR:
- Epic.
- Experience Requirement:
- Must have at least 9 months of experience.
- No recent new grads.
