- Inpatient
- Shifts: 7a-3p
- Evening call: 1:3 rotation
- All CRNA Practice- 4 providers during the day
- 3 ORs
- Cases: Endo, OB, GYN, Peds, General, Vascular, Ortho, ENT, Acute Pain and proficient in Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks (case logs will be requested during credentialing)
- EMR: MedAxion
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNA) needed
