Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced Chief CRNA to lead the dynamic team at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.
Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
  • Effective Communicator; one who is comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Liaison between facility leadership, anesthesia practice and ancillary departments
  • Previous leadership experience in a large community hospital environment is strongly preferred
  • Staffing model of 12 Anesthesiologists and 28 CRNA/CAA covering an average of 21 sites of service daily. Approx 18,000 total cases per year
  • Diverse case mix and complexities including: General surgery, trauma, endo, ortho, OB, Gyn, Neuro, Spine, cardiac, vascular, bariatric, & robotics
