Job Responsibilities
-Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary
-Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
-Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
-Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients during recovery
Qualifications
-Valid state licensure or NLC (Nursing License Compact)
-Excellent clinical and decision-making skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
-Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Working Hours
-CME Time-Off: 80 hours per calendar year (Note: CME time-off may not be utilized until 90 days of employment have been completed)
-CME Allowance: $2,000 per fiscal year with < 5 Years of service and $2,500 per fiscal year with > 5 Years of service (Note: CME travel may not be utilized until 90 days of employment have been completed and is not available once a notice to terminate has been rendered)
-Health/Dental Insurance: Effective from the 1st day of employment
-Malpractice Insurance: Paid in full
-Paid Time Off (PTO): 6.4 hours per pay period
-Retention Bonus: Full-time CRNAs who are not subject to a work commitment (i.e., Stipend/Educational Agreement) are eligible to receive a retention bonus of $15,000 every two (2) years.
