- Hours - 7a-3p/Call hours: 3p-7a
- Schedule - 3 weeks on/1 week off
- Call scheduled - Call every 3rd night; every 3rd weekend
- Type of cases required - Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cataracts, General
- Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (case logs required)
- Certifications Required - ACLS, PALS
- Number of providers during the day - 3
- Number of OR’s - 3
