Locums – Douglas, Wyoming, CRNA Opening (Willing to License)

- Start Date: June 24
- Contract Length: 3 months option to extend
- Shift Details: 8 hour shifts or 40 hours a week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Support staff: 1 MD, 1 RN
- Amount of coverage needed per month: 1-2 weeks, M-F
- Patients per day: Cases vary per day.
- Department description: Small rural hospital. Gen Surg, Spine, eyes, plastics, ortho, neuro. OB cases if they want but not required
- EMR: Meditech
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Board Certification: Required
- State license required: WY, willing to license
- DEA: Required
- Minimum experience required: will review new grads
