- Clinical Role:

- Coverage Dates: ASAP - 12/31/24
- Total # of FTE's needed: 4
- Reason for Coverage: Staffing Need
- EMR: Epic.
- Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: main need is for 12, 14 and 16hr shifts, but they will consider 8and 10hr shifts for providers with FT availability or several shifts to give. Candidates can select which shifts they'd like
- Is call required? It is strongly preferred but optional. Call is weekends starting Friday night 7p-6a on Monday (these are split up into 12- or 24-hour shifts).
- Vaccination Requirements: Flu
- Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model
- Case types: They must be able to do all cases-cardiac, Cath lab, vascular, OB, thoracic, general, bariatric, urology, gynecology, robotics, etc.
- Telemed: No
- What is the minimum length of commitment requirement per month? 13 weeks
- Certifications/Qualifications Required: CRNA, APRN, ACLS, PALS
- Board Certified Required: Yes
