Job Details:
Schedule:
- As soon as credentialed and payer enrollment completed.
- Prefer locums willing to cover 10 or 12-hour day shifts, either 6:30a-4:30p or 7a-7p. May need occasional 24-hour shifts, 7a-7a.
- Locum must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment (times TBD, possibly on the same day as first shift), which would include administrative paperwork and EPIC Training.
Submission Requirements:
- NBCRNA - Required
- IL License Active – Highly preferred
- IL CSR/DEA – Highly preferred
- BLS (AHA) Certification - Required
- Availability per request - Required
- Current, up-to-date CV - Required
- References – Required
- Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
- While an already active IL license is highly preferred, the group will consider those candidates who do not have an already active IL license but are willing to obtain one.
- PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED TO WORK AT THE FACILITY - Required
Additional Details:
- National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Level II Trauma Center.
- Some calls may be required.
- Bread and butter CRNA position.
Pay Package:
- $225/hr. + Travel + Lodging + Malpractice
