Flexible Scheduling:

Practice Setting:

- 28 total ORs (18 hospital, 10 ASC)
- Collaborate within a care team model
- 1:3-4 medical supervision ratio
Diverse Cases and Procedures:
- A wide range of procedures including general, cardiac, OB, and pediatrics (12+ years old).
Qualifications
- Board-certified CRNA with a minimum of 12 months of experience
- BLS certified
- Kentucky State License required
