Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual base salary starts at $223K, increases based on experience and proficiencies
  • On-call rates:
    • $250/night
    • Weekend day $1200
    • Cardiac $250/night, $500/day
  • Overtime/call back rate: $175/hr
