Position Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Massachusetts (Two locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time Locum Tenens, 1099 Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced, Massachusetts-licensed, board-certified CRNAs to join our dynamic anesthesia team. This position offers a balanced work schedule with 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide anesthesia care for Bread & Butter (B&B) cases.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Cover shifts at two different locations with flexibility.

Schedule Options:

  • Preferred: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday.
  • Alternative: Three 10-hour shifts.
    • Consecutive shifts: Monday – Thursday.
    • Non-consecutive shifts: Monday – Tuesday and Thursday – Friday.
  • Availability to work surrounding holidays (excluding the holiday itself) is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Active CRNA certification and licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Board certified in anesthesia.
  • Strong clinical skills in B&B cases.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts at two locations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to start within approximately 6-8 weeks to allow for credentialing.
