Locum CRNA needed in Toledo, OH starting in June!

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

• Location: Toledo, OH
• Start date: June - August, (possible contract extension if a good fit)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday; 5x8's or 4x10's
• No Call requirements
• Supervised practice
• Cases: Ortho, general, endo, gyn, minor vascular and neuro - NO hearts, heads, OB , sick peds, open heart and transplants.
• Credentialing: 30-60 days

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be board-certified with current ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Must be licensed in OH
• Must be willing to rotate between inpatient and outpatient facilities. (Will only cover 1 facility per day)
