CRNA Permanent W2 Job in Warsaw, Indiana
• Schedule: 8 and 10-hour shifts
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Call preferred - OR & OB call needed; Call runs Monday 7am-Monday 7am. OR call will work 7-3 in the OR and then beeper call. OB is in house 7-3 and then beeper call. Typically 2-3 week call rotation
• Cases: General, OB, Endo, Ortho
• OB: Yes
• Facility: Community Hospital
• Model: Independent CRNA Practice
• Charting: Cerner
• Credentialing: 30-60 days, temps available
• Pay: Top Salary Negotiable
