Aspire Medical Staffing is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide services at Des Moines VA Medical Center.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform pre-operative assessments to evaluate patients' medical history, current health status, and anesthesia needs
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans based on patients' conditions and surgical requirements
- Monitor patients' vital signs, anesthesia depth, and overall well-being throughout the procedure
- Adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care during surgery
- Provide post-operative pain management and monitor patients' recovery from anesthesia
- Document all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and thoroughly in patient records

Qualifications
License: Valid state nursing license
Certifications: NBCRNA, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Must be a US Citizen
