**Position Details:**
- Seeking qualified CRNA for our main campus operating rooms, free standing endoscopy center.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
- This is a CRNA-based model of care. Supervision per state requirement, will be done by the operating physician. The CRNA should feel comfortable practicing independently.
- As a full-service Anesthesia Department, it provides general, regional and MAC anesthesia for general surgery, ENT, OB / GYN, urology, dental, ophthalmology and basic endoscopy. Does not perform major vascular, neurology, cardiac or neonatal procedures.
- The OB department does approximately 350 births per year. CRNAs perform labor epidurals, spinals, line placement and peripheral nerve blocks as needed.
- The department is willing to train a motivated applicant in these areas, therefore no prior experience is required.
- For call taking providers, a 15-minute call back range is required.
- The hospital will provide off campus housing if needed.
- There are no in-house call requirements. Call shifts vary based on staffing but typically range from 1:5 - 1:7. Call back is infrequent.
- Hospital is a 56 bed facility with 6 ORs, 2 treatment rooms, cystoscopy suite and an off-site endoscopy center.
