**CRNA Opening - La Grande, Oregon** **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Four 10hr shifts/week - 5 FTE group plus 1 CRNA float who provides pain management services - Epic EMR - Lvl IV trauma center - Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital - Candidates who enjoy the outdoors, small town living and rural healthcare will find this to be an ideal location for a healthy work life balance. - This candidate will be a part of history with the group, as they are scheduled to open our new 92,000 square foot facility this fall. - The new tower is connected to current hospital and will be home to new ORs and Surgical floor. - 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs(, 15 pre-post-op rooms and 7 PACUs *Candidates have the opportunity to earn gross wages near $300k.* **Compensation** - 270k+ - Quality incentives up to 20K annually - Call back pay - 30K sign on bonus - 8K CME - Student loan assistance - Hospital employed - 52 days off - Full benefits including 401K match - Paid malpractice - **Ideal Candidate** - Fit is very important.
