Work Dates Needed: June 2024 - Ongoing Need
Preferred Schedule: Call shifts: Weekday: 3p-7a the following day; Weekend: Sat@[Register to View] /> Worksite Setting: Hospital / Northeastern California
Scope of Work: Candidates must be able to do their own cases, and be comfortable practicing solo. No supervising anesthesiologists onsite. Accepting CRNA or Anesthesiologist; Work includes pediatrics, geriatrics, and OB. Candidate must be able to do their own blocks, epidurals, and spinals. No cardiac, vascular, or neurosurgery. Primary cases are general surgery, OB/GYN, pediatric dental, and orthopedic. Trauma would only include immediate treatment/surgery necessary prior to transfer to a regional medical center. Level 4 trauma; 25 beds; Provider is not required to supervise other healthcare providers. 2 CRNA's onsite; Locums will respond to in-house codes, and be expected to provide backup to the ED and required to cover trauma; Avg # of OR cases per day is 1-4 (includes OB); Site has 3 OR's, lab, and x-ray.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: *Preferred to have active CA state license and DEA (MD's), but will accept candidates with active IMLC; BLS; ACLS; PALS/APLS; NRP; Board Certified; Current CV; 3 references;
