TEEMA Group is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Spokane, WA, USA. The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia services to patients in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing quality patient care.

  • Practice Setting: Inpatient
  • EMR System: Epic
  • 3 shift minimum/week (will schedule 8-12 hour days dependent on scheduled procedures)
  • flexible scheduling is ok, but need to be available every week. No week on/week off or piecemeal schedules.
  • Ongoing availability (6 months preferred) is required.
  • Providers may be required to work at our satellite facility for some shifts, 15 minutes away from Primary facility.
  • Number of operating rooms: 28
  • ACLS, PALS required
  • Compensation: $150.00+/hour
  • Average number of surgical cases per day: 75
    • 25% General
    • 25% Neuro
    • 25% Complex vascular
    • 25% Complex orthopedic

Job Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia to patients in a variety of settings.

Monitor patient’s vital signs and adjust anesthesia accordingly.

Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

The providers do need to be board certified.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRNA.

Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

State licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

Holds a degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.

Currently possesses certification or recertification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.

Meets the insurability criteria set by a suitable medical malpractice insurer, meeting the institution's or state's required coverage limits.
