- Covering 1 hospital-based facility
- Cases include General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ped Dental, ENT, ENDO, Podiatry, no Heads, Hearts or Spines
- CRNA only site - must be able to do own regional
- $350k plus $50k commencement bonus - plus, 10 weeks off annually
