Job Description

*Location: Lane County, Oregon
*Start Date: ASAP / as soon as credentialed
*End Date: As soon as permanent provider is hired: Approximately 6 months; may negotiate permanent position, if desired
*Schedule: Need is full time, but will negotiate schedules. Provider must be available at least one full week per month.
*Shifts: 7am-4pm regular shifts, then 40pm-7am night call; weekend call is 24 hour, 7am-7am; providers will get the next day off when on night call
*Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted OR license
  • Board Certified
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications (will still consider if provider doesn't have PALS/NRP)
  • Must provide updated CV when responding to this posting

*EMR: Epic (prefer someone who is already proficient)
*Volume: Low; small facility with only 21 beds; call is expected to be light
*Travel & Lodging Covered
*Malpractice is covered
*Rate: regular rate is $210/hour; night call is $420/night, weekend call is $1920; Call Back multiplier is regular rate + time and a quarter (1.25)

Job Responsibilities

Anesthesia - Rotations for weeknight & weekend Call; rounding/consults/admissions/sedation/procedures

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted OR license
Board Certified
ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications (will still consider if provider doesn't have PALS/NRP)
