W-2 employee (part time)
Independent practice
Competitive salary: $132/hour with $165/hour additional compensation after 40 hours/week
Up to 4 weeks PTO
Up to 22 weeks unpaid time off per year
$17,500 sign-on bonus

Job Responsibilities
Scope of service includes but not limited to labor and delivery, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, OMFS, vascular, dental, urology, gynecology, robotics, trauma, radiology, NORA, and endoscopy.
Shifts available may include 8 or 10-hour shifts and 24-hour obstetric anesthesia shifts. Currently there are no nights and weekends except obstetric anesthesia shifts.
Qualifications
State of Alaska Advanced Practice Provider License
Preferred two or more years of post-graduate experience as a CRNA.
Working Hours
26 weeks per year up to 40 hours a week.
