• SCHEDULE THAT PROVIDERS CAN WORK ARE MON-FRIDAY 5 8S, FRI-MON 4 10S OR 3-4 EVENING SHIFTS 1P-11PM OR 3P-11PM. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO AT LEAST WORK 4 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK.
