Start Date:

Contract Length:

• 3 months, with the potential for ongoing extension

Shift Details:

• 8.5-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts with call responsibilities

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, various shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Work Details:

• Support Staff: Attending physicians
• Patient Population/Age: Adult
• Department Description: 16 operating rooms, providing anesthesia services for endoscopy, interventional radiology, gamma knife, MRI, CT, and obstetrics
• EMR: Medaxion
• Hospital Bed Size: 300
• Skills Required: Broad scope of practice, proficiency in performing spinals independently, willingness to take call

• Board Certification: Required
• License Required: Preferably active VA license, but will consider exceptional candidates without
• DEA: Not required
• CSR: Not required

Credentialing Timeframe:

• 60 days
