Details:
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p (8x5s - 40 hrs/week)
  • Board Certifications: NBCRNA certified
  • Scope of Work/Type of cases: Endo, Cath lab, Radiology
  • Active Licenses: Active IA License/ Compact state CRNA
  • Facility Setting: Hospital, Trauma level 2, OR staff staffed 24/7 with RN and CST, 11 operating rooms
  • CRNA will be working with limited supervision
  • Open to experienced or new grads - willing to train
  • Open to Locum, Locum to Perm, or Perm

Job Responsibilities

NBCRNA - REQUIRED
Active IA License or Compact License - REQUIRED
Must be available for Full Time coverage - REQUIRED (No longer accepting Part Time candidates at this time).
Open Heart Experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED (Note if provider has experience or not, and how many years).
Note if provider is open to weekend call coverage - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED
COVID vaccine - REQUIRED
MUST be able to meet the rate caps listed above - REQUIRED
