· Monday-Sunday, 6a-4p, In house call from 4p-6a and weekend call

· 5-7 surgical cases per day

· General procedures with some regional blocks

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· IL state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified

· Certifications- ACLS and BLS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate

· Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

· Monday-Sunday, 6a-4p, In house call from 4p-6a and weekend call
