• Specific Details for Assignment: Hospital 270 beds, Supervision 1:4
• Length of Contract: 3-12 months with option to extend
• Schedule: Full Time preferred: 5 x 8s
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Possible OT
• Cases: OB, Ortho, Neuro/Heads, Pediatrics, Etc. Wide variety except Hearts
• OB: Yes
• Facility: Hospital Level 2 Trauma
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: SIS
• Credentialing: 120 days
