• Cases: General B+B, ENT, Urology, Ortho, OB - nothing unique
• Call: Optional, not required
• Supervision: Medically directed 1:4

• ORs: 30 sites of service

Requirements:

• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• License Required: Active IL (willing to license)
• DEA Required: No
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years (others considered on a case-by-case basis)
