Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of eight CRNAs at Northwest Medical Center Springdale
- 308-bed licensed acute care facility offering a range of inpatient and outpatient services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a CRNA in Arkansas
- A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- This is a full-time opportunity.
- We provide a variety of flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthetic care alongside a team of physicians and CRNAs.
- Level II trauma center with general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, GI/endo, ortho, podiatry, and ENT (including pediatrics) cases.
- No heads, no hearts.
- Back-up call from home; 1:8 rotation.

- Compensation: salary ranges from $225,000 (W2) to $255,000 (1099) plus additional call and shifts worked incentives.
