This award-winning, 50-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Southwest Colorado is seeking CRNA's to join a team of 6 in a full-time role. This hospital is focused on giving its CRNA's a nice work/life balance with the ability to have lucrative income potential.
The Position:
• 4-Day Work Week, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri, No Nights
• All CRNA group composed of 6 total providers
• Case mixture includes OB, orthopedics, general surgery, and some trauma
• Prefer a better quality-of-life? This hospital is open to exchanging call pay for more time off- up to 10 weeks PTO
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary starting at $260,000 with production upside, Sign-on/Relocation of $50,000, Loan Repayment up to $150,000, Full Benefits, PTO, and more
