This award-winning, 50-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Southwest Colorado is seeking CRNA's to join their team of 6 in a full-time role. This hospital is focused on giving its CRNA's a nice work/life balance with up to 10 weeks of PTO and a 4-day work week.
The Position:
• 4-Day Work Week, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri, No Nights
• All-CRNA group composed of 6 total providers
• Case mixture includes OB, orthopedics, general surgery, and light trauma
• Starting at 8 and up to 10 weeks of PTO
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary starting at $260,000 with incentives into the $300k range, Sign-on/Relocation of $50,000, Loan Repayment up to $150,000, Full Benefits, and more
