Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Johnston Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. The selected candidate will be expected to provide in-house, overnight coverage with one week on, two weeks off. New grads interested in optimizing their training with continued growth and development are welcome to apply.

Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
  • Care Team Model of 10 General Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering an average of 18 sites of service.
  • Diverse mix of cases including Bread & Butter, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics and GI.
  • CRNA’s can place their own lines and regional blocks.
  • Annual surgical volume 17,000 cases.
  • Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred.
  • Schedule is 7p-7a, Monday through Sunday with the following 2 weeks off. Three CRNA’s in rotation.
  • This position will be partnered with an in-house anesthesiologist.
