Highlights of the Full-Time Opportunity:
- Full-time obligation is 176 shifts per year.
- Staffing model planned 40+ Anesthesiologists and 100+ CRNAs covering 65 sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo, ECT.
- CRNAs have a Chief CRNA to lead the team and represent their division within the group and with hospital administration.
- Average anesthesia volume 55,000 cases annually.
- Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neuro, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Robotics, Spine, Vascular, and Level II Trauma.

- Premium pay calculation if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium calculation also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.

- 280 hours PTO (7 weeks) + 40 hours (5 days) CME
- As an employee of a public, State of Florida organization, CRNAs are entitled to sovereign immunity. No tail coverage needed should you leave our organization.
- CRNAs are eligible to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. First Physicians Group and SMHCS are not-for-profit organizations 501(c)(3).
- No State Tax in Florida.
