Job details:

• Reason for Coverage: FMLA
• Practice Setting: Hospital Based
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• CRNA will be Supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologist
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-15
• Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center
• Annual ER Volume: (OR volume – 13,000 cases per year)
• Description of OR Staff: physician, anesthesiologist, CRNA, Nursing staff
• Number of Operating Rooms: 11 ORs on main, 4 on south and medical imaging as well
• Patient Age Demographic: Pediatric-Adolescent

Job Requirements:

• NBCRNA Board Certified - Required
• AANA certification - optional
• BLS/PALS - Required
• Active OH license - Required, not accepting IMLC
• Accepting new grads, peds experience preferred
• Covid Vaccinated - Required
• Local provider (mileage reimbursement) - Highly preferred
• DEA_ - _Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
