Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Dental Anesthesia
We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dental anesthesia team in Lexington, Kentucky. Job Responsibilities
- 2-3 Days Per Week (No Weekends, No Holidays)
- Provide Anesthesia Services for Dental and Oral Surgery Procedures
- Conduct Pre-Operative Patient Evaluations, Assess Medical History, And Develop Individualized Anesthesia Plans
- Administer IV Sedation and General Anesthesia Safely and Effectively
- Monitor Patient Vitals and Adjust Anesthesia Levels as Needed During Procedures
- Ensure Smooth Post-Operative Recovery and Provide Patient Education on Anesthesia Effects
- Maintain Compliance with State and Federal Anesthesia Regulations
- Collaborate Closely with Dentists, Oral Surgeons, And Support Staff to Ensure Optimal Patient Outcomes
Requirements
- Active Kentucky CRNA License
- Master’s Or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Anesthesia from An Accredited Program
- Board Certification by the NBCRNA
- BLS & ACLS Certification (Required)
- Experience In Dental or Outpatient Surgical Anesthesia Is a Plus But Not Required
- Strong Ability to Work Autonomously and Adapt to A Dental Surgery Setting
- Excellent Communication and Patient-Care Skills
