Practice Setting: Dental Office
Dates/Coverage Needed:
1 -3 days per week
Minimum 4-hour shift guarantee
Starting at 7:30am
No weekends, no nights, no call, no holidays
Patient Demographic: Adults only
# cases per day: 1-2 cases per shift
Case Mix: Deep Sedation Cases
Pay: Hourly: $215-$230 (all-inclusive)
CRNA, ACLS, BLS, and OR license required
