Together we are empowered to make an even greater impact on the health and well-being of our communities.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for supporting cardiac anesthesia services primarily in the EP lab and cardiac catheterization laboratories at SJMC. We have a very busy Cardiac Electrophysiology program with nearly 1000 ablations a year, including complex ablations and a robust Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion program. You will be responsible for staffing the 3 EP labs. There is no overnight or weekend call expectation in this role. There will be oversight from the 6 Cardiac Anesthesiologists supporting the Cardiovascular Services at SJMC.

This is a rare “cardiac only model” opportunity with guaranteed salary to join our nationally recognized multiple 3 3-star STS award winning care team at SJMC. We perform over 500 open heart cases a year, including a large volume of mitral valve surgeries. We have a very active cardiac interventional program that includes TEE dependent electrophysiology procedures, structural heart (TAVR/WATCHMAN/Mitra-clip), and other cath lab procedures. Come join our collaborative award winning team now and enjoy living life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. SJMC has more than a century of history serving the community needs with award winning programs.
