      • Ideal candidate will provide combination of remote work & dedicated on-site procedural days (i.e., focused exclusively on biopsies) in 3:2, or 2:3 weekly cadence (based on preference)
    • Weekend hours can be made available, if desired, but are not required
    • Shared / rotating phone only on-call support (i.e.,1:9-week cadence)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum women-focused imaging, focused on: mammography, MRI, and breast biopsies
  • Hybrid combination of remote & dedicated on-site procedural work allows more maximal flexibility and improved quality of life
  • The radiology department covers multiple imaging sites in the tri-state region where our Radiologists work cohesively to provide high quality and timely interpretations
  • Our radiology department offers high quality equipment, PACS and efficient automated dictation templates
  • Offering state of the art imaging technology, such as: multi-slice CT scan, ultrasound, vascular procedures, X-Ray, 3T MRI (first in the region), lung cancer screening
  • Women’s Imaging Services include Bone densitometry, Breast MRI, Digital Mammography (first in the region), Stereotactic breast biopsy, ultrasound guided breast biopsy, and 4-D ultrasonography
  • As a part of a large multi-specialty group, we have one dedicated EMR with additional sharing technology, our team communicates effortlessly within our department and with our referring colleagues both in and outside of the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • BC/BE in Radiology, or other relevant specialty.
  • Unrestricted New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain).
  • Current New York State DEA certificate (or ability to obtain).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer completion of (or in process of completing) an accredited Breast Imaging / Women’s Imaging fellowship program; however, would consider a non-fellowship trained physician with extensive experience.

New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $465,389 to $641,707 per year.

Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

BC/BE in Radiology, or other relevant specialty.
Unrestricted New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain).  
Current New York State DEA certificate (or ability to obtain).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
