Seeking a second pulmonary/critical care doctor to work with current pulmonology/critical care physician (who is also the CMO of our facility). There are two anesthesia/critical care physicians. _x000D_

Open ICU_x000D_
All of hospitalists are adept at procedures, but the critical care docs back them up if needed. _x000D_
Salary based upon MGMA figures_x000D_
Full benefits including paid malpractice, benefits package, relocation, CME allowance. _x000D_
Stipend for early commitment_x000D_
The way we work hospital-owned physician practices is to treat them as if the MD is the owner. At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as if they owned the practice. _x000D_
