  • Preferred Schedule: Call Schedule: 24-hour call
  • Worksite Setting: ED & Inpatient Only, level II trauma
  • Scope of Work: admitting required or consults only, patient volume per day, any procedures required? Average Number of Hospital-Based Surgeries per Day:): 2-5 per weekend, Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15-20
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, Active SC license, BLS/ACLS is preferred
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $2200-2400 24 Hour Call Pay Rate
  • Call Back Rate: 4 HR Gratus $300/HR

Additional Details Urologist would like to know about positions:
AnMed Medical Center is looking to add to the Urology locum pool for future coverage needs! They are looking to onboard GREAT candidates immediately!
  • Reason for Coverage: 1 Physician is leaving to join the Mayo Clinic in Arizona/ another physician is cutting back on call coverage
  • Call Schedule: 24-hour call for dates listed
  • 100% Adult/ Geriatric
  • ED & Inpatient Only
  • Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients per Day: NA
  • Average Number of Hospital-Based Surgeries per Day:): 2-5 per weekend
  • Other Urologists will not be Present During Locum's Assignment
  • Urologists in the group will be 4.
  • Lab and X-Ray Onsite
  • Describe Office Ancillary Staff (e.g., Number of RN’s, LPN’s, MA’s, PT’s, OT’s, etc.): NA
  • Describe Office Equipment (Specialized Equipment, etc.): NA
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15-20
  • Documentation System/EMR: Epic
  • Trauma Level/Designation: II
  • Required Areas and Procedures: Ureteroscopy, Laparoscopic Surgeries, General Urology, Trauma, Nephrectomy, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Incontinence Procedures
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
  • The facility will Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, and Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
