Coverage Needed

• ASAP - ongoing
• Can work full time at either 2 facilities or can split time between the 2 facilities

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 4:30pm
• 3 days at 1st facility (M-W), if FT is preferred, then Thursday and Friday would be at 2nd facility

Clinical Details

• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient, Free-Standing Cancer Center
• Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
• 80% oncology, 20% hematology (midlevels handle most of the hematology)
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 14-15
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 1-5
• Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
• Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2
• Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologist

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active OH License & DEA - Highly Preferred
  • willing to accept candidates needing to obtain license
• BLS Certified
• Flu Shot
• COVID Vaccination - Highly Preferred
• Locum to Perm - Highly Preferred
• Required Duties/Procedures:
  • Participation on a Tumor Board
  • Orders Tests
  • Orders Images
  • Prescribes
  • Blood Bank
  • Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants

Call

• Call collaboration with midlevel providers

• 3 Physicians, 3 APPs in Practice
