Hospital is seeking an experienced full time Family Physician to work as a Hospitalist in an outdoor enthusiast's dream location. Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that offers a robust spectrum of high quality services, and is invested in community and population health._x000D_

Hospitalists are responsible for:_x000D_
Performing multi-specialty rounds on and management of all adults and pediatrics on the Medical Surgical floor, as well as newborn inpatients in the Labor and Delivery department. _x000D_
Performing all Emergency Room admissions and consults for adult and pediatric patients._x000D_
Appropriate patient hand off to the on call physician to ensure appropriate continuity of care._x000D_
