Requirements:_x000D_

- Completion of accredited college/university with Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)._x000D_
- Current board certification (BC) or board eligibility (BE) in specialty. If newly graduated from residency, certification must be obtained within three years of graduation._x000D_
- Unrestricted license to practice within New Hampshire._x000D_
- Current DEA certificate without restriction._x000D_
- CPR with AED within 6 months of hire._x000D_
