Community Health Center with a vibrant and caring company culture seeks Family Medicine Physician / Internal Med near Hartford, Connecticut! Torrington CT area

- 3 physicians, 10 NPs ( 2 Psychiatrists)
- 3 locations
- 100 team members
Benefits:
- 2 months off per year, paid!! 4 weeks vacation, 1 week sick, 1 week CME/personal day and 2 weeks in holidays

- Up to $230,000 base depending on experience.

This Primary Care Role:
- Family Medicine Physician or Internal Med
- Practice Locations: Torrington, Winsted, and North Canaan, CT
- Mon-Fri - 8:30 - 5pm
- No in person weekends. Call 1:6 on weekends
- 18 patients per day/average.
- Family Med Providers are seeing kids and adults
- Collaborative team setting – not a solo role.
- We are looking for a humble team player who loves to work well with others
- Open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship candidates
