* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm (Admin time already included in your schedule)_x000D_
* Small patient panel size: 450 patients maximum (our physicians see patients an average of once per month)_x000D_
* Very light Triaged Telephonic call only_x000D_
